Ambrose is a senior telecommunications consultant who
specialises in the field of Telecomms Cost Management. He has achieved large reductions in almost
every sphere of telecomms expenditure.
He ensures the customer
retains full control of their telecomm costs and service whilst continuing to
share his expertise. Experience has been gained in every prime
element of telecomms, and in both public and private corporate sectors. His particular strength lies in his
ability to focus quickly, rationalise and implement the necessary cost
control procedures. He has developed a methodology for the base-lining and
management control of telecommunications.
This not only delivers value
for money (VFM) and gives the customer clear visibility but provides the platform to enable
company wide strategic and tactical planning.
Current and recent past clients have included the DSS
and Inland Revenue at corporate and site level, and the NHS at Trust and
Community level as well many commercial organisations. As Supplier Manager and Tariff Watch
