QUALITY STATEMENT

The Managing Director and Directors of G.A.W. Associates Ltd. believe that there are sound business reasons for adapting a total quality management approach to our activities.

In order to increase the management effectiveness for providing the necessary services, the Company has developed an integral Management System for Quality, which is consistent with ISO 9002; 1994, BS 8800 and ISO 14001.

All G.A.W. Associates Ltd. employees have been provided with this information and are aware of their personal responsibilities and those of the company with regard to quality considerations.

A Total Quality Management System (TQMS) has been introduced to ensure that our services conform to our client and order requirements and the goals of the organisation.

The Company (all personnel) are to provide our customers with services that meet their current and future needs and specified requirements, at an economic cost, delivered defect free and on time.

The Documented Quality System (DQS) detailed in the Total Quality Policy Manual Procedures are the normal basis of working and will be applied to all work.

To achieve and maintain the desired quality the company requires the commitment and participation of all personnel (including the executives of the Company) in the organisation and everyone in the Company must at all times seek to:

· take responsibility for achieving and sustaining the quality of their work so as to continually meet the client's stated or implied needs and changing needs

· eliminate and prevent all defects and causes of potential client complaints

· continually improve the organisational goals of effectiveness, profitability and quality of the company's service to its clients and customers.

A Director retains overall responsibility for the development and operation of the Quality Assurance System and is the appointed Quality Representative.

A Director is responsible for ensuring that all personnel are adequately trained and experienced in all aspects of their work, including Quality.

G.A.W. Associates Ltd. anticipates gaining full ISO9001 accreditation during 2005 (auditors - BSI).

Arrangements can be made with clients for on-site quality checks
