INSURANCE STATEMENT

G.A.W. Associates Ltd. (GAWA) does not hold 'blanket' insurance policies as these are deemed to be inappropriate to our business activities.

To enable allocation of actual costs against specific identified risks, we initiate individual policies (professional indemnity and public/employee liability) for each contract we undertake.

At the time of ANY contract award we involve the client in this decision making process (as the requirements of governmental and standard commercial bodies vary in different countries)

Additionally, G.A.W. Associates Ltd keeps, (on protected deposit,) in excess of £100,000 for use as an immediately accessible contingency for any liability claim. However, in over six years of trading neither GAWA nor any of its staff have ever been subject to any claim (either formal or informal) for compensation or damages.
