Railway Safety
GAWA initially helped to define RS's processes and procedures for managing their IT & telecoms outsourced services supplier (CMG). Subsequently we evaluated contractual risks and compiled a risk management strategy.

Our aim is to improve the health and well-being of people in England. Here you will find the latest on the Department's work, as well as health and social care guidance, publications and policy. GAWA were contracted to investigate methods of charging end users for voice telecomms costs and to determine way forward with existing services and equipment.
Cabinet Office (UK Government) Office of e-Envoy
The Office of the e-Envoy is leading the drive to get the UK online, to ensure that the country, its citizens and its businesses derive maximum benefit from the knowledge economy. GAWA provided contract schedule authoring and negotiation services for outsourcing of network and desktop services.
Makedonskii Telekomunikacii
The PTT of Macedonia is planning to implement a new billing system and the following are under consideration - GENEVA (from Convergys UK ), Accenture (Italy) as systems integrators and HP Openet (Italy) for mediation. MT is partly government owned with Matav (Hungarian Telco) and Deutche Telecom (Germany) having major shares. GAWA is providing strategic consultancy in Skopje to negotiate contracts, ongoing project management and PRINCEII training for all project staff.

Orbys is a leading outsourcing advisory company with wide experience across both IT and Business Process outsourcing. GAWA is providing network consulting (assurance of Telco value for money tariffing).
West Riding Data Consultants (WRDC)
Operating in four core areas of expertise; Messaging, Directory Services, IS Security and e-Business. WRDC Consultants deal extensively with major multinational corporations and government institutions worldwide, providing solutions that combine tried and tested business practice with leading edge technology. GAWA has provided sales management and Balanced Scorecard related services to WRDC and their clients (Airtours and THUS Telecom) over a two year period.
Mobikom Bulgaria (Sofia)
Mobikom is Bulgaria’s primary mobile operator. GAWA first provided procurement consultancy (authoring of an ITT to procure a new billing system) to Mobikom over 6 years ago. Subsequently we were asked to advise on supplier management (SEMA) and recovery of a struggling upgrade project. We provided ongoing project management ( 1 year) and introduction of the PRINCEII methodology.

National Air Traffic Services
National Air Traffic Services (NATS) provides safety by ensuring aircraft flying in UK airspace, and over the eastern part of the North Atlantic, are safely separated. GAWA provided PPP consortium and contracts advice.
SITA Societe International Telecommunications Aeronautique
SITA is the world's leading provider of global information and telecommunications solutions to the air transport industry. They provide a total service to around 740 air transport industry members and around 1,800 customers in over 220 countries and territories. GAWA provided outsource contracts definition and service delivery project management consultancy during the proposed take-over of Malaysian Airlines desktop and network infrastructure.

Equant is a member of the France Telecom Group with 2001 revenues of more than $3 billion. GAWA were assigned to provide advice and support for service delivery planning and management, sales collateral branding and design and self-procurement (web based) EDI applications.

Siemens is a network encompassing more than 480,000 people in 190 countries. We take pride in possessing in-depth knowledge of customers' requirements and the expertise to create innovative solutions in electrical engineering and electronics. GAWA have worked on two assignments to date, Bid and technical management of a Euro satellite project and design/conversion of Siemen's own internal network from frame relay to IP.

GAWA were appointed to plan the facilities management capability and network infrastructure for their new corporate offices in London.

The Department of Trade and Industry is the UK Government department with the overall aim "To increase competitiveness and scientific excellence in order to generate higher levels of sustainable growth and productivity in a modern economy." GAWA was responsible for the technical authoring and style definition of a series of Best Practice Guides on IT procurement.
West Herts Hospitals NHS Trust
	The Trust is a new organisation which was created on 1 April 2000. It provides health care for the people of West Hertfordshire on four sites: Hemel Hempstead Mount Vernon, St Albans City and Watford General Hospitals. GAWA were contracted via open tender to perform a network and facilities audit to propose upgrades and improvements - a roadmap and plan to achieve compliance with the Electronic Patient Record objectives.
